  • As a servicing Agent, you will be required to have both a VOIP headset (one that connects to your computer) and a POTS line (plain old telephone line) in addition to the required equipment by Vendor Platform 1 (you can read all about this is in the Opportunity Announcement at this Platform.)

  • Service for this Client is inbound calls from Disney World Guests or Cast Members that want to make reservations for lodging, dining plans, tickets, air, packages or just to ask general questions.

  • This Client has an Opportunity for Customer Service Phone Support, with 24/7, 365 days a year available working hours.  PAY IS $10.50 per hour and upon certification and acceptance of the Statement of Work (SOW), you must agree to provide service to the Client a minimum of 20 hours per week with 4 of those hours on either a Saturday, a Sunday, or a combination of both.  Incentives are available for CSP's who meet Client Incentive Requirements.

  • The Client has peak volume periods that begin in November and run through early February each year where additional intervals (hours for work) will be posted for your consideration.

  • A second computer monitor is found to be beneficial for this program in addition to the basic equipment needed to meet Vendor Platform 1 standards.

  • This Client provides anytime access to board-certified doctors and pediatricians; the servicing agent will be registering patients, booking consultation appointments to diagnose non-emergency medical issues over the phone or through secure video on the customer's computer or smartphone.

  • As a CSP, you will be assisting patients in a friendly and courteous manner to reset passwords, troubleshoot their provider and mobile app if need be, and escalate/create a ticket for the patient (if necessary) plus making callbacks when required as a follow-up.

 ASSISTANCE INDUSTRY I:

  • This Client has an Opportunity for Customer Support and Outbound Contacts Service.  PAY IS $9.50 per hour and upon certification and acceptance of the Statement of Work (SOW), you must agree to provide service to this Client a minimum of 15 hours per week with 4 of those hours required on a Saturday and/or Sunday and 1 hour on Monday.   Bonuses and Incentives are available for CSP's who meet Client Incentive Requirements.

  • Hours available are 7 days a week, with the most hours available being Monday - Friday, 5 PM - 9 PM and Saturday from 8 AM - 2 PM.

  • This Client uses the AVG (Vendor Platform 1 Gateway) to connect to client systems so you must have unlimited long-distance on your servicing phone line.  Purchase of an 8 - 32 GB flash drive will be required.

  • This Client is a great American success story that revolves around personal honesty and integrity and operates in more than 7,200 locations.

  • As a CSP for this Client, you will be taking inbound calls for both reservations and sales and must be efficient to convert calls into reservations while maintaining a courteous and pleasant demeanor.  There will be sales targets to meet and you must be able to multi-task and adapt to the needs of individual callers with good writing and verbal communication skills.​

  • As a CSP for this Client, you can expect all calls to be both inbound and outbound and you must be able to ask probing questions to identify the customer's needs, have a working knowledge of Google Maps and other mapping resources and ability to provide policy coverage details and status updates.

 ASSISTANCE INDUSTRY 2:

  • Must be fully bilingual in both ENGLISH and SPANISH

  • Most available hours are between 8 AM-Noon and 4 PM - 8 PM, EST.

  • This Client provides emergency roadside assistance to CORPORATE CLIENTS, serving customers of companies with everything from directions and fuel to towing and tire changes for automobiles, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and commercial trucks.

  • A second monitor is found to be helpful in servicing this Client plus all other equipment required by the Vendor Platform 1. 

  • Service to this Client entails taking inbound calls, possible outbound calls for status and clarification purposes, transferring of inbound or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments, outbound coordination to the Client's service providers, such as tow truck drivers, and possible follow up calls for any additional secondary services the customer may require.

  • This Client is a leading provider of speech and natural language technology for both businesses and consumers, having multiple products and solutions using a blend of AI (artificial intelligence) and human understanding enabling their customers to talk or type to get things done.

  • Service would entail providing real-time interactive voice responses (IVR) correction by listening to customer voice "clips" of live calls and entering that data/information into the Client's system.

  • You must have excellent listening & logical interpretation skills, good attention to detail, be able to focus and quickly go from one voice clip to another with little to no break between.
