Your Certification Process

Are you ready to join the thousands of every-day people who have become Customer Service Professionals

serving a Fortune 500 Company?

If your answer is "Yes," then you must realize that becoming certified as a Customer Service Professional is akin to becoming a nursing assistant, hairdresser, massage therapist or electrician.  It requires due diligence on your part and an investment into your own future.

While this investment may not be but pennies in light of the other types of certifications we've mentioned, please know that payment of certification fees, along with providing for yourself the necessary equipment, is your responsibility as a self-employed, independent contractor.

Before you begin servicing any Client program on a Vendor Platform, you must register with Working Grace LLC and the Platform of your choice - then take and successfully complete that client's certification course.

                                                                                       ~~~~~~~
Two questions you must ask yourself is "Do I have the necessary basic computer skills?" and "Do I have what it takes to be in customer service?"
The COMPUTER SKILLS required are very basic:
  1. Know how to turn on and off a computer and use the keyboard and mouse properly;
  2. Know how to manage computer files and to create / save / name / delete folders;
  3. Know how to use programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel;
  4. Be able to multitask using multiple monitors (two at most) while being online.
  5. Be able to fully use an email program such as gmail - how to open, send and reply to emails, etc.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS you need are:
  1. Have patience
  2. Be a good and "active" listener
  3. Have good verbal and written communication skills
  4. Be willing to learn and excel
  5. Maintain a positive attitude and an upbeat tone of voice
  6. Show empathy
  7. Be able to manage your time to your best advantage
  8. Be able to remain objective - if someone is upset, it's not with you and you're there to help.
The average course tuition/fee ranges between $29.99 and $199.99, depending on the Fortune 500 Client.  Each Opportunity varies in tuition fee, time of classes offered, and services expected.  Classes can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks, again depending on the chosen Client.  Classes are held weekdays only - no weekends - and have between 20 - 50 students in each class.  You are expected to complete all pre-course work and self-paced work on time, attend all classes - again, "on time" - and participate while in class.  Reading everything in the Opportunity Announcement for each Client will give you a good idea if that particular Client and you are well-matched.
**PLEASE NOTE**  Working Grace LLC reimburses class fees after you have been certified and have worked for your chosen Client for a minimum of 60 days!  Even though class fees are your responsibility as an investment in yourself, we at Working Grace believe that if you are working hard at a new Opportunity, we will be happy to invest in you, as well.
Choosing a Client with whom you can commit to working with is very important because once enrolled in their Certification class, no refund request will be honored and fees paid can't be transferred to another Opportunity.  This is why you'll find all the particulars for every Fortune 500 Company on your Vendor Platform of choice in what we call an "Opportunity Announcement."  You can also CLICK HERE (Vendor Platform 1) or HERE (Vendor Platform 2) to review that information.
Once you've chosen a Fortune 500 Client, paid your tuition fee and chosen your class time (availabilities will be listed), you will be required to possibly have a background check and drug screen done - again, each Vendor Platform has different requirements.
Classes are in part Instructor-led and in part self-paced; everything is done virtually and any training videos and/or audio components are built into the online experience.  Each class is recorded "live" (**with the exception of any Opportunities in the Medical Industry due to HIPAA regulations) should you need to review it at a later time and the educational classroom environment may vary.  Below is a YouTube video of one of the educational classrooms used called "Blackboard Virtual Classroom."
After Certification, the Client will offer you an SOW - Statement of Work - which typically lasts 90 days and is renewable at your discretion.  The SOW outlines what you will earn and when you will be paid (usually the 15th and 30th of each month with your money being deposited in whichever payroll method you chose), and what will be expected of you.  At this time you can choose to accept the SOW or not - the choice is always YOURS.
The sooner you contact us to begin the Registration Process with your chosen Vendor Platform,
the sooner you'll be certified and begin making money!
