
Healthy Eats & Snacks



I get SO hungry when I’m working in my home office that my tummy grumbles LOUDLY! Anyone else experience that?
I thought so.
For all you snackadoodles out there who, like me, need to nibble while working, here is a list of handy but healthy snacks to have on-hand at your desk. Just make sure that if any nibbles get on the floor to sweep up at your first break - because it’s almost ‘ant season’ LOL.

Handfuls of nuts, seeds, dried fruits

A dark chocolate bar (or 2)

Apples

Apples with almond or cashew butter

Healthy guacamole and crackers

Raw veggies and dip

Bowl of fresh fruit

Coconut chips (you got it – even coconut comes in chip format!)

Ginger chews

Grape or cherry tomatoes

Hummus and veggie sticks for dipping

PB&J

Rice cakes

Popcorn

Tune and crackers

Cottage cheese
These are just a few of the many things that we can snack on and still maintain healthy eating habits.
